AGM Updates

Hello BEPRA,

Our Annual General Meeting, VTU’s biggest event of the year, is on THIS SATURDAY! Here are some general updates:

  • The AGM website page is now complete. It includes the proposed agenda and steering committee nomination statements.
  • Lunch will be catered by Pampanga Cuisine!
  • The remote attendance link will be mailed the day of the AGM.

Venue accessibility information:

The venue is a 2min walk from the Joyce-Collingwood Skytrain Station on the Expo Line, which is also the terminal point for the 26, 41, (stops at Joyce & Euclid) and R4 busses.

The event will take place in the basement of the church, where there will be a concurrent mass. An elevator entrance at the ground level on Joyce St is available for attendees with mobility aids. For attendees who are able, please use the basement entrance at the bottom of the exterior stairs on Euclid Ave.
