Reporting Emergencies
In the event of a building emergency (fire, flood, or safety threat), residents are advised to contact 9-1-1 immediately.
For non-emergency maintenance issues that are not being addressed by the current operator, residents can contact the City of Vancouver (3-1-1) to report potential Standards of Maintenance (SOM) violations.
